Gin Martini with a lemon twist

I like my Gin Martini heavy on Vermouth. The exact volume that you use to measure does not actually matter, just make sure that you use a 3 to 1 ratio!

Ingredients for 1 drink

• 3 oz gin
• 1 oz Martini bianco (dry vermouth)
• 1 strip of lemon zest
• ice

Method

1. Place a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker or large glass.
2. Add the gin and vermouth and stir vigorously (do not shake!) until the shaker or glass feels very cold.
3. Pour the cold mixture into a martini glass.
4. Hold the strip of lemon zest over the glass and twist it, then place into the drink.
